Our Member’s area is conveniently divided into two types of searches, Direct and Unlimited (as more fully described below). Your “Report and Membership Access” fee will grant you access to our member’s area and also it will be your “Direct Search” balance. You can use these funds to execute various Direct searches. Please note that your credit card or your Paypal account is not charged each time you conduct Direct searches. The cost per each Direct search will be deducted from your Direct search balance. Should you run out of funds, you may purchase additional searches in our Member’s area. After the expenditure of your funds, your subsequent use of the CIS Worldwide’s products and services will be subject to CIS Worldwide’s then-current rates.

The “search history” feature allows you to retrieve your past search results inside the member’s area.
To access your search history please follow the
following easy steps:
1. Log in to your CIS Worldwide Members account.
2. Go to "My Account" in the upper right side of the
webpage. Scroll down to the view your Search history search
section.
3. Select the search from your search history and click
on the "results" tab at the far right side of this
page.
Please note that your search history results are only kept for 60 days after which they are deleted.

Our Criminal Check report may yield an individual's criminal records or indicate a lack of relevant results for the specified search criteria. In order to use this service, customers pay a small search fee.
While our Criminal Check report can yield useful information, please use extreme caution in interpreting the results of any criminal background search. A positive match does not guarantee the nature or even existence of an individual's criminal record. CIS Worldwide is not responsible for explaining or analyzing Criminal Check results.
