CIS Nationwide Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is intended to inform you about the types of information gathered by CIS Nationwide (“we” or “us”) when you visit any of our websites including http://www.peoplefactfinder.com (each, a “Site”), how we use and safeguard that information, and the degree to which you may control the maintenance and sharing of your information.

Information Collection

When you visit a Site, we will not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you choose to provide such information to us.

If you choose to register to use a Site, and depending on which of the available options you select, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You will also be asked to provide credit card or other payment information and a billing address if you choose to purchase a product or service available on a Site. We use this information as required to provide you with the services you have requested.

We do not directly collect or store any personal financial information provided in connection with your purchase of products or services. All personal financial information required to complete your purchase (such as your credit card number) will be provided to and/or collected by a third party vendor, such as ClickBank, who will process payments and complete transactions.

We store information regarding any searches you may make on a Site for sixty (60) days, after which time we delete such information.

You may request access to any personal information you have provided to us and correct or modify such information by sending an email with your request to privacy@cisnationwide.com.

Notifications & Opt-Out If you choose to register to use a Site, we will send you a welcome email including information about the Site and your registration.

We may send you emails notifying you about new or upcoming products or services, news about the Site, information about changing or updating your Site registration information, and changes to the Site’s terms of service, and promotional materials and offers from our company as well as from our subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing partners, advertisers and other third parties.

Out of respect for your privacy, if you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each email, or by emailing us at privacy@cisnationwide.com.

Log Files We automatically and through third-party tracking services (e.g., Google Analytics) gathers certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of the YeloBear website and stores it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamps, and related data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, solely to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users’ movements around the Site and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole, and to improve the quality of YeloBear. Out of respect for your privacy, we do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.

Cookies A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use both session ID cookies and tracking cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use tracking cookies to better understand how you use YeloBear, and to enhance your user experience. A tracking cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. In addition, our vendor ClickBank may place a cookie on the Site to recognize the website that referred you to the Site. You are free to decline cookies, but by doing so, you may not be able to use certain features on the Site or take full advantage of all of our offerings. Web Beacons Emails sent to you by us or our partners may include “web beacons”. Web beacons are unique identifiers that gather certain non-personally identifiable information, and which allow us to better understand how you interact with these emails. For example, web beacons allow us to determine whether and when an email has been opened, and what links within those emails have been clicked. We use the information gathered by these web beacons simply to improve the quality of the information we provide to you.
